Studio Policy

• Due to the casual nature of bookings, regular lesson times are not held exclusively for students unless a booking has been made in advance.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson time, out of respect for Hannah and subsequent students.

• Lessons must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Studio Etiquette: 

• Students are expected to attend lessons prepared with repertoire, vocal goals or performance plans to work towards in the session.

• Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement, as some warm-ups and technical exercises may require floor work or other physical activity.

• Students are welcome to voice-record their lessons for individual use, provided they obtain permission from Hannah.

• Phones should be silenced during lessons.

 

Cancellation policy:​

• Cancellations are not offered once a lesson is booked.

• If a student is unable to attend their lesson for any reason, they must reschedule more than 24 hours before the lesson time to avoid charges.

• Within 24 hours of a lesson, rescheduling is not available, and the student will be required to pay for the missed lesson, except in cases of family emergencies and unforeseen illness. 

• If Hannah needs to cancel for any reason, the lesson will either be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost to the student.
